poppy
I'm talking about Homeschool Buyers Coop. They seem to have no good deals lately. I used to get quite a bit of stuff there! Not even for Black Friday. I wonder if anyone knows why it's in decline? Or if it's just a seasonal slump. HomeAgain
I assumed it was just me, that I had outgrown it. :( Maybe just a slump. People tend to buy more around April-June, anyway.

Good point. Though, enough of us are in "want to change it up" mode at this time of year, a few good sales would be very welcome!
Tenaj
I wonder if individual companies are participating more in the Holiday sales and that leaves HSBC out of it It seems likes it's a relatively new thing for homeschool companies to have black Friday and cyber-Monday sales and just general sales at this time of the year. I've been homeschooling for 18 years or so (whew!) and I don't remember being tempted to buy at this time of year because of sales until the last five years or so. When everyone is offering sale prices on their own websites it makes the HSBC buys less effective.
Seeking Squirrels
I've noticed this, too. I was going to get my DD4 a subscription to Reading Eggs so I checked there first. It appeared to be a good deal but when I compared it to the site, it was the same. And the site wasn't having a special sale, this was a few weeks ago and at regular pricing.
