Sharon37127
My high schooler is not math-oriented. He is also highly distractable. What paper/book text would be "easy" to look at without a lot of business on the page, but still complete? Any suggestions?
foxbridgeacademy
What level of non-math? Does fine just doesn't like it or struggles and we need something a bit light... For the first one Larson isn't overly busy plus there's a workbook, also A Fresh Approach is definitely plain paper no distractions. For the second Power Basics is without color and has additional workbooks to beef it up but it is geared toward those who truly struggle. bluedarling
Math U See would be great in that regard. My boys did MUS Geometry, and one felt it didn't prepare him well for Pre-calc, but if your goal is only through Alg 2, you should be fine.
