homeschoolally
I am looking to spend about $50 on a book or books for a baptism gift for a 1 year old girl. I'd like to get something super nice, the kind you'd save and pass down to your kids. When I look at Amazon it is hard to tell the quality of the books, and I'd prefer to get something more unique than you'd find on the shelf at Barnes and Noble. Can anyone recommend a resource or publisher to point me in the right direction? Thanks!
Alessandra
I actually found these on website of National,Cathedral in Washington, but linking to Amazon, because of look inside. https://www.amazon.com/Illuminated-Book-Psalms-Illustrated-Prayers/dp/1631910043/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1470108785&sr=8-1&keywords=Illuminated+book+of+psalms https://www.amazon.com/Illuminated-Life-Christ-Gospels-Paintings/dp/1631910035/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1470108785&sr=8-2&keywords=Illuminated+book+of+psalms Both are flexbound. I just looked that up, and it may not be what you want. :-( Edited August 2, 2016 by Alessandra
Tammi K
I've seen some lovely illustrated books of poetry for children. (Not children's poetry. Recognized adult poets with poems suitable for children) That might make a lovely gifts to read/listen to as baby grows.
