IfIOnly
I'm switching my kids from TT to Saxon next school year and looking at what's available to make the tradition as smooth and successful as possible. I'm leaning toward Teaching Tape. It is more costly but looks more engaging and fresh rather than just regurgitating the Saxon lesson teaching. Experiences and thoughts? Thank you very much. ...................
We love Art Reed for 8th-under - it's nice to see Him and he Keeps if short and sweet but went with Dive for my upcoming 9th grader because they're a little more in depth I guess. Not really sure I even remember why.
lizlatorre
My daughter does very well with DIVE, she says its not exciting but explains concepts clearly.
Free Indeed
Dive for teaching the lessons. I also bought Saxon teacher as a "solutions manual" for the upper levels. Sometimes I am not clear on how they solve the problem so those help.
IfIOnly
Hmm, so Saxon Teacher has each problem worked out? That would be really h elpful in the upper levels. I'm leaning towards the Art Reed dvds now in the lower levels at least.
