Jann in TX
I have a friend who is wanting to teach an online math class for 5th and 6th graders (or that grade level). She is looking for a SECULAR workbook (not Saxon!). She could use a PS math text-- but really wanted a workbook if possible for this level. Any thoughts about a program that might work? I know TONS about high school maths- but not this level! Back in the dark ages when I was homeschooling my older girls we did not have as many options... I know there are tons of programs out there now-- can you help lead the way? TIA Jann
FawnsFunnyFarm
What about the Total Math books by Carson Dellosa?
SkateLeft
My oldest used the Houghton Mifflin Math Steps workbooks. I'm not sure if they're still available, but I really liked them.
SilverMoon
Math in Focus and Singapore have workbooks for review of what was learned in the textbooks. Math Mammoth is all workbook with instruction on the student pages.
Caviar
Maybe Jump Math (jumpmath.org)? You can find some of their books at Rainbow Resource.
