There is not enough focused instruction on punctuation and usage for me to feel comfortable as we move in to the middle school years. Giggly Guide to Grammar (get the one with the teacher CD if you think this is an option for you--it has printable exercises, answer key, etc.). You need a cracked sense of humor for GGG, or it will bug you. The book makes a good grammar reference/handbook.
