Easy with the little,s not with the teen. However, my diet is limited and needs to be high protein low carb due to my surgery, so I'm realizing I really depend on cheese to get enough food. So...not sure what i want to give up. Maybe swearing. I've done that in the past and it helps. Lately my potty mouth has crept back in again. And it seems to help clear out bad thinking. With diet, if you feel you need to do somthing because it is an area of struggle for you, maybe think in terms other than just giving something up - timing, or a particular treat that you could replace from a nutritional POV.
