Zebra
The DVD lessons are pretty short. It really depends on the lesson itself, but I would say dd probably spent an average of roughly 30 min. each day on writing in 7th grade. Again, it depends on what is actually being taught on a particular day. When she was working on the research assignment she may have worked a bit longer. Was this every day or just a 1 semester course? We are using it this school year, and I got the idea it would only take a semester to complete. TIA! SparklyUnicorn
I had 9, but even that didn't take long usually. It's hard to say specifically. It varies, but I doubt it ever took more than 30 minutes in one sitting.
SnMomof7
Excellent, I ordered it tonight. Zebra, most of the samples I've seen say between 130-150 daily lessons. To me, that is close to a full year. Definitely more than one semester.

Zebra
I am planning on doing one full lesson a day, not the A part one day and B part the next day. Not for every lesson, but most of them. Most of the 6th grade "letter" lessons were short, and easily combined. This way I can do literature for one semester and writing for one semester. Anyway....we'll see how it goes!
