OneStepAtATime Posted May 16, 2015 Share Posted May 16, 2015 Yes, I would definitely give the placement test. They are pretty different. Not sure about the transition, other than to give the placement test and go from there. I have used both but did not transition from one to the other and not at that level. I would also encourage you to have your student use the notebook with TT so they are writing things down. Usually there is better retention that way.
