Night Elf Posted March 15, 2015 Share Posted March 15, 2015 I don't like the calorie count they are giving me for losing weight. It's definitely too high. I have to eat less than that in order to lose weight. Is it based on how much weight I want to lose? If I want to lose 5 lbs. or 50 lbs., does the daily target range stay the same? Jean in Newcastle Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 It's based on how active you say you are. So if you enter exercise, your calorie range will change. It's also based on how fast you tell them you want to lose the weight. Someone who wants to lose 2 pounds a week will have a lower calorie range than someone who wants to lose a half pound a week.
