This one shipped on 2/4 and it still hasn't artived here in the US. They say 5-8 business days and I'm just outside that window. Is this typical? Should I wait a bit before contacting them? I Googled for Book Depository and it looks like they are in the UK. If they ship via air to the USA, probably the Port of Entry airport would be in the N.E. With the recent series of Winter storms in that area, there have been a lot of flight disruptions. So, your shipment may still be in the UK, or may be in an airport in the USA. If the shipment is only books, probably it will clear U.S. Customs automatically, without paying any duty or tax; as it would here in Colombia. It probably wouldn't hurt, though. Generally speaking, I require tracking, but the books are not available in the US and they were cheaper at Book Depository than they were from Horrible Books.
