Liz CA
Eat it on crackers, Wasabread, sourdough bread, by itself, wrapped around cucumbers, pickles or in a salad. If you still cannot decide, PM me and I'll tell you where to send it. :)
Nan in Mass
We eat it as a party food or end-of-the-afternoon-boats-rafted-together food on crackers or with sour cream. We put it on rice (usually sushi rice) and cook up some edemame for an easy dinner. It is very good on slices of cucumber, especially if you add a dab of sour cream. You can roll it in lettuce and eat the roll (I usually add a slice of provalone cheese when I do this). We've eaten it on slices of cheese or rolled in deli cheese when we ran out of crackers. I bet it would be good in a white sauce with peas to serve over rice. We recently learned to add it to scrambled eggs. It is really good in scrambled eggs.
