happyhome
Has anyone used Landry Academy for high school Spanish? What did you think? Teacher recommendation?
chiguirre
T is enrolled in Spanish 2 this year with Sra. Lamolinara. She likes the class, but it only meets once a week. That's not really enough to master a foreign language. However, the audio for all of the exercises is posted, whether or not they're assigned so you can work on your own too. The teacher is energetic and a native speaker. She's available for office hours in addition to class time. All in all, LA is a great value if you buy generic credits when they're on sale. If you had to pay full price, I'd choose the Potters School 2x a week option.
happyhome
I'm looking at the generic credits now....discounted until December 4th. I speak Spanish so I can practice with her. We're also looking at TPS. I definitely want a live teacher and a lot of interaction.
