Is it really worth almost 200$??? Is that similar to prices you're seeing? (and on top of that I have the solution manual too) I don't remember what I paid, but it's now retired anyway. They are the publisher now of that 3rd edition because they use it in their sequence (there were some permissions issues so they couldn't publish a few illustrations and/or questions. they state those small things on their site) scroll down on this link to see current pricing (aug 2014) http://www.mfwbooks.com/products/M50/60/0/0/1#7th-12th I don't know enough to know how it combines with taxes, fees, shipping, etc.. to get to Canada.
