mathmarm
This is going to sound crazy but is there anything that I can do with the extra chicken wing part? I don't know what it would be called, but you know how there are 3 basic parts of the wing--2 of them have meat on them and the last one does not? I have a bag of chicken wings and it seems like such a waste to just throw them out but I have no idea what I could do with them...Could I maybe make a soup with them--even though they don't have meat on them? Some sort of broth maybe? Is there a simple recipe for it?
Snickerdoodle
Save them up in the freezer and toss them into a bone broth whenever you make it. If you haven't done this before, google "bone broth recipe" and you should have no problem finding one.
mathmarm
Thank you! I had never heard of 'bone broth'. Does anyone happen to know what that part of the chicken is called?
