Two thumbs up for Youth Digital

Youth Digital classes are pricey, but, boy, do they deliver content & customer service.   The boys had contacted them 2xs at the beginning of the course due to set-up difficulty, & they replied with prompt & clear assistance.  Excellent.  This week one them hit a huge snag in Module 8.  He emailed YD, they touched base back & said this one would take a little thinking ~ stay tuned.  They touched base again & suggested 3 times to choose from to set up a screen share.  The screen share was tonight & was a wild success.  They communicated clearly, observed, & fixed dude right up.  

 

I would highly recommend using them for classes!

Yes, my son has loved his Mod Design class.  They have amazing customer service.  DS1 emails them/messages them issues, his programs, whatever…and they always respond quite quickly.  They respond to him, too….I'm not involved.
