Yes, and it's something a lot of people don't realize is causing problems for them until they eliminate it. indigomama Posted March 26, 2014 Share Posted March 26, 2014 If I remember correctly, according to their book many people have issues with dairy that they are not aware of. They recommend leaving it out completely during the 30 days, and they recommend not adding it back in ever, but that people can try adding it in if they feel it truly poses no problem for them.
