Chelle in MO
I've never fixed them before, and there are no suggestions on the package. They are skinless and boneless and weigh about 4 oz each. How would you fix them? Stove? Oven? Mild seasoning and lo-cal suggestions preferred. :001_smile: Thanks!
Mrs Mungo
I make all kinds of fish by basically following this method: http://www.chow.com/recipes/28716-basic-fish-baked-in-parchment
Chelle in MO
That looks excellent--thank you!!
Liz CA
I season them with salt and pepper and then I bread them. You can also just season the bread crumbs and skip immediately to step # 2. :) We fry them in olive oil in a cast iron pan until breading is golden brown. Chelle in MO
Mmmmm, Liz, that sounds good, too! Thank you!
Chelle in MO
Just finished dinner and the fish was delicious! I sprayed a glass baking dish w/olive oil and put the fillets in. Then I just sprinkled it w/pepper and seasoned salt and baked at 350 for about 18 min. I put a piece of parchment paper over the top while it was baking--didn't have the patience to make 9 little packets! :D I'll definitely fix it again and try breading it next time. Thanks again, Mrs. Mungo and Liz!
