Trish
I know highschoolers have used this, has anyone used it with a 12/13-year-old? Just wondering if there's anything inappropriate for a middle schooler. Also is it worth getting the DVD instead of the CD? I'm looking at the Daileader Middle Ages Series from the Teaching Company, starting with early Middle Ages. Or, if you've used it for highschool, do you think it *could* be used with a middle school age student?
regentrude
I have used them with my 14 year old DD, and my then 12 y/o DS listened to parts of the series. No problem. We have only ever used CDs, because watching a lecturer lecture at a lectern bores us to death. We prefer listening while in the car. Kendall
My 3rd son listened to this when he was 10 or so and loved it. My oldest was also listening and would have told me if there was anything too problematic.
