fourcatmom
We are using Apologia's Human Anatomy and we are doing a separate unit on Animal Anatomy but I would like to add in some plant science to round out a year of Life Science. Can you recommend a good unit study on plants that we could use during the Spring? Or, is there any other science curriculum that has a great section on plants that we could use to round out our Life studies this year? Thanks in advance! TarynB
I haven't personally used it, but Ellen McHenry has a unit on botany that gets good reviews here. We've loved her chemistry units. You can buy either a printed version or a PDF. http://store.ellenjmchenry.com/?product=botany-in-8-lessons-digital-download
paceofnature
I have always liked Guesthollow's botany. We haven't tried it yet, but it is on our to do list for the spring.
fourcatmom
Thank you! Those both look like great options, short and cheap or free! Guesthollow uses Ellen McHenry as the spine!
