Luanne Posted August 4, 2013 Share Posted August 4, 2013 I've had a time of it with allergies this year. Is being somewhat dizzy part of allergies too though? This is the first year I have been dizzy some days .. usually when my allergies otherwise are being annoying. Anyone else deal with this? Tiramisu Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 I use Claritin. I can't say it takes it all away, but it helps a bit without making me feel weird. Have you heard of the supplement quercetin? It's supposed to work like a natural anti-histamine. I haven't tried it but I'm thinking about it.
