I think 1 is 1991 and the other 2007. What would I be missing? It's 15$ vs 63. Thing is, sometimes just one exercise or technique can turn into a pot of gold, otherwise it is an obvious choice. It says on their website that the new version has 100 new pages of material, so maybe they've made it more user-friendly. I would call Gander Publishing and ask them what changes have been made to the book. My guess is that it would be worth the additional cost.
