teeterbunch
We are using Stobaugh this coming year for Amer. Lit. for my rising sophomore. In the beginning of the teacher's manual, the author states that the curriculum is worth 2 full credits: writing and literature. I want to finish this in a year, and I am really only interested in one credit. For those who have used it, did you skip some of the readings and written assignments so that it only counted as 1 credit? Thanks for any help. mumto2
I am going to give you a bump. If you search Stobaugh here you will probably find not many have used it successfully. I bought one of his older versions and never used it. I am not sure what the number of writing assignments are for his courses. The IEW Lit courses which we are now using require 2 essays with revisions per unit with 9 units per book. I hope this helps you decide.
