songsparrow
I was so thrilled that our library system had a ton of Great Courses available at the library! That was until I got my new computer. It has the little slot that you slide a CD into. Well, it will not play CDs that have a paper label on top; the additional thickness from the label seems to pose a problem. So I cannot play the Great Courses CDs that I can get through my library! I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem, and if there is any solution or work-around (other than buying an external drive)? Arcadia
We just played the ones we borrowed from the library on our cheap DVD player piped to our television. So far hubby has tried quite a few without problems.
