What if they've signed up to get your posts on their newsfeed -- can you block them anyway? Annie Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 You can keep a specific person, or group of people, from seeing your posts without defriending them by changing the privacy settings on your status updates. The updates won't show up on their newsfeeds, but they also won't be able to see them if they go to your profile. It will just look like you're a boring facebooker who never posts anything. :) I don't know of a way of blocking them from one place but not the other.
