Has anyone used OLLO Robotics kits?

Hi, I would like to get your opinion on OLLO robotics courses. I am interested in OLLO Explorer, OLLO Inventor Set or Bioloid STEM kit. Thanks a lot.

After pinging around a bit, my own current plan for engineering-oriented A. is to start with LEGO Mindstorms in the next couple months (esp. if we wait until his birthday, my in-laws will help pay for this :) ) and keep an eye to integrating the TETRIX platform when he's older and if his interest remains serious.

 

And -- thinking of your DD9 here -- if you haven't looked at this Robotics Path thread I'd suggest it. Esp. farrarwilliams rec'd a robotics book that seems really excellent -- we're planning on building our way through that book before picking up with mindstorms.
