Slipper Posted April 5, 2013 Share Posted April 5, 2013 Mushrooms, fresh basil leaves, fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. I'd love to have the mushrooms baked (portabello's), then layer mozzarella and basil leaves - topping with tomatoes. Should I drizzle with some type of flavored oil or vinegar? Or is there a different (easier) way to do it? My daughter is cooking dinner tonight (3 cheese eggplant bake, appetizer and chocolate chip cheesecake).
