Down_the_Rabbit_Hole Posted April 1, 2013 Share Posted April 1, 2013 I was wondering if there is a way to get notified if you have been quoted? Sometimes I post on a thread and then never check back. If someone quotes me to ask a question about what I said I may never know it. I don't want to appear like I am ignoring the question. Cosmos Posted April 1, 2013 Share Posted April 1, 2013 Yup. Go to My Settings (click on the arrow next to your name up at the top right of the screen and you'll see My Settings). Then look at Notification Options tab (along the left side of the screen, near the end). You'll see lots of options, including "Notify me when someone quotes my posts". skeeterbug Posted April 1, 2013 Share Posted April 1, 2013 I have mine set but it doesn't always work. Several times I've read back through a thread and realised someone quoted me and I didn't know it. Other times I get an email. I see the option says something about if you're not already following, but the times I've gotten an email I have been following, so not sure it's working correctly, at least for me.
