You choose a cartoon avatar, and every so-many points your avatar unlocks a new "power." Plus you can put in rewards for them to spend the points on - here it was things like movie night or a new book. You set all the point "costs" and rewards, and how much each chore is worth and how often each chore is assigned. If we hadn't done a big transitional thing with new phones & handing down ipods, she'd probably still be using it.
