(Totally think he is guilty, FYI!!! I'm just wondering if he passed a polygraph sine I have a similar experience I want to compare it to.) Although they are generally not admissable in court, and I personally don't believe they are at all foolproof, I am sure he would have been shouting it from the rooftops had he taken one and passed. redsquirrel Posted October 11, 2012 Share Posted October 11, 2012 I have never heard that he took one,or offered to take one. I can't imagine his lawyer would allow him to take one. They are a big risk and the evidence isn't admissible as proof. His lawyer could pay to have one done for their own use, but again, useless because the administrator would be getting paid by Sandusky. That test would be suspect.
