I guess my hormones are acting right. dbmamaz Posted September 30, 2012 Share Posted September 30, 2012 I found i had to eat every 1-2 hours, BEFORE i got hungry. This made me not get nauseous at much. I still remember a chiropractor asking me if i could just 'not eat' before i came, so i could lie down without indigestion and I looked at her like she had 3 heads. LittleIzumi Posted September 30, 2012 Share Posted September 30, 2012 I decided to eat only exactly what craving popped into my head this time around, since I usually lose a lot of weight the first tri from the nausea/food aversions. I felt really weird at the checkout with tons of grapefruit cups, sour apples, and pudding :lol: but it helped a lot. Hoping for a sticky bean for you!!!!
