I'm trying to get as much done as I can for my DS's birthday party tomorrow and I'm trying to cook most everything today. I've made this dip a million times, but it's never lasted longer than the party so I don't know what it's like the next day. :D I would think it would be ok, right? I bake my spinach artichoke dip, but I'm pretty sure I've made it up ahead of time and just baked it at the last minute.
