ereks mom
Is it worth a high school credit? Is the main difference the lack of proofs? I have a student who needs a simpler approach--she probably wouldn't be able to pass TT Geometry--and I'm looking at Informal Geometry for her instead. What do you think? What if I have her do Informal Geometry, but also do some fairly simple proofs as well? And where would I get some materials for that? Mom22ns
I know nothing about Informal Geometry, but another option you might look at is MUS Geometry. Very little proofs, very fast easy course.
AngieW in Texas
I'm using MUS Geometry for my dyslexic dd who struggles with math. We just started it this week. I think it will go well for her. Can you provide a link for the program you are asking about?

mathwonk
here is some useful looking stuff. http://euler.slu.edu/courseware/inf.geom/geometrymaster.html geometry is about shapes. it is prudent to have some informal acquaintance with precise shapes before trying to prove things about them.
