Sharon H in IL Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 How could I have not noticed that Memoria Press has online Henle Latin courses? Woohoo!!! I was so afraid we were going to be done with Latin before DS1 even became minimally functional. He is a tough cookie to teach, but an online class will be right up his alley, because it will be taking the Magistra role off of me and turning it over to someone else. He tends to balk at mom as Magistra. Now I can focus on teaching DS2 Latina Christiana I; much easier when you've done it once before. Yippee! Quote
Cindy in C-ville Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 I had two of my dds enrolled this past year. One is doing the bridge course this summer to prepare for high school Henle. The other dd is going to private school and will continue Latin there. I am bringing two of my younger children home from doing Latin at our co-op and they will do LCII online with Mem Press. The only problem I have is that they can't hear it spoken. I wish there was some way to do this. ~Cindy Quote
TracyR Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 yes. I saw that in the catalog . I wonder how the classes are . I heard that there were some snags with the online classes this year . I hope they've improved . Quote
