What is the chemical basis for the "little happy pop" you get in your brain when you check something off your to-do list?

Andrew Pudewa talks about it, but now I'm blanking. And I was a Social Work major, so I never took Neuropsych. :tongue_smilie: Preventing Burnout, yes. Neuropsych, no.
