Of the six speeds of u-verse available, I have the third lowest (the $38 level) and stream with no real issues. Sometimes the movie will pause for a second to buffer but it's never been an issue for me. That level is the highest in my neighborhood at this time. I only have a cell phone, so I can't comment on the phone service. But, with the introductory offer I got combined with the discount I get from work for AT&T, I only pay $14.99 a month for it, so I have no complaints!
