KidsHappen
I have two b00kshelves where the elastic band has stretched to the point where it is slightly too loose. Otherwise they are in great shape, fit perfectly when I pull the band tighter and are so comfortable. I can't find any more like these. I have looked at the hooks and it looks like I could remove them (they are attached to their own piece of material so I would be removing this), snip off an inch of the band and then sew the hooks back on. Has anyone done this? Does it sound feisable (sp?)? Or is there some other way to accomplish the same thing?
Carpe
I've found it easier to take a tuck between the hooks and where the straps attach. It's a pain to get the seam by the hooks irritation-free IMO.
