Quiver0f10
When I press on my sternum the area at the bottom (xiphoid process) is tender to the touch. It has been like this before and I never gave it much thought. What would cause this? It is pretty sore today. LaxMom
Mine, too. I assume it's always tender (not much meat there) and just not touched firmly very often. A sternal rub (with knuckles) is a pretty effective way to get the attention of someone sliding toward unconsciousness, or faking it, because it hurts. LaxMom
Below that. No rib attachments at the xyphoid process.
Quiver0f10
Below that. No rib attachments at the xyphoid process. Yes, definitely lower. Well I'm glad others have the same thing. I won't worry. As much.
hollyh
I don't have that pain at all right now, but I do notice how sensitive it is at times. Not sure why it is. I always notice it more frequently when pregnant. Still would love to know what it is!
