We don't use it every month since some months have foods that don't meet our tastes. http://www.angelfoodministries.com There is a link to go to for your state and then a link to find a distribution center near you. You can get a box of food (and it is no small box) for $25.00. It is supposed to feed a family of four for a month. Sometimes we get two if it is food that we like. In July, they have an extra box that has fresh fruits and vegetables. A great buy. You have to mail in a money order before the 15th of each month. There are no income quotas or anything. And they want people to spread the word. I think the more people that buy in, the more they can get. Probably like a co-op. It's a great deal.
