BatmansWife
I don't even know how they got my name and address (I don't remember requesting a catalog or ever going to their website). But.....oh.my.gosh.....I LOVE their stuff!! I have a wish list going and I'm not even half way through the cataglog yet! I'm so glad I got this catalog or I would have never known about them. The site says they are for special education....but anyone could use this stuff. Anyone want to share what their favorite things are from them?? MomatHWTK
The non-fiction reading comprehension materials were perfect to get my oldest over his reading problems.
birchbark
We did their outlining book this past year and I thought they did a really good job of laying it out incrementally.
BatmansWife
The non-fiction reading comprehension materials were perfect to get my oldest over his reading problems. Hmmmm.....I wonder which ones those are? I know some of this stuff I can get at Rainbow.....but, I'm considering Mini Mysteries, High Interest Mini Mysteries, Mini Mystery Readers (can you tell my dd LOVES mysteries?), 5 W's Story Cards, Skill Boosters, Drive-Thru Menu Math, Checkbook Math (for ds)......... I'm still not finished looking through it......:willy_nilly: Dd wants the Skill Based Story Folders and she is convinced she *needs* a Solo (whisper phone). Funny that to dd this is way better than any toy catalog. We did their outlining book this past year and I thought they did a really good job of laying it out incrementally. I'll look at that. Thank you.

usetoschool
We used their outlining books. We also have quite a few of the games - fun way to reinforce learning.
lillehei
We started with Outlining http://www.rempub.com/outlining-2-book-set?keyword=Outlining&category_id=0&model=1 I loved the books so I looked up more of their things. Up with Language http://www.rempub.com/up-with-language-series This grammar series has helped SO much! My 9 and 11 yo (who were in public school through 2nd and 4th respectively) are finally getting it! Writing Basics http://www.rempub.com/writing/writing-basics-series We start it in 2 weeks. It looks great! The workbooks don't feel like special education. The kids are enjoying the work and it is sticking this time after many homeschool products (SL, IEW, Easy Grammar, etc.). We love Remedia!

Finally I'm not the last to know something. :001_smile: And, fyi, if you see something you like in the catalog or on the website, check the title at Rainbow Resource too. They carry a lot of the books cheaper.
