ladydusk
Anyone know how abridged is this? Is he a good reader? I'm contemplating purchasing this for a road trip, and my kids will listen to it over and over again, but I was hoping for some reviews from you all ... Snickerdoodle
I don't know how abridged that version is, but his reading is absolutely wonderful. My kids adore the individual audiobooks that we have.
mamaeast
My kids recently listened to this in the car. I admit I didn't listen along all the time though, so I don't know how abridged it was. :) They absolutely loved it, and he was a great reader. They always asked for it. Tara Bara
We just finished listening to Fantastic Mr. Fox today. Roald Dahl read the book. My kids really enjoyed it. We didn't listen to the collection you are talking about. We listened to the individual audiobook from the library. We also recently finished Charlie and the Chocolate Factory read by Eric Idle. His accent was strong, but we enjoyed his style. If you are concerned about the abridged versions of the books, I would suggest the library for individual audiobooks.
