Miss Peregrine
Grapefruit Seed Extract: DH is heading to Target which probably isn't the best place to buy it but our one health/supplement shop here on the mtn is out of it. if they even have it, do we want liquid or capsules? If they do not have liquid, are the capsules even a viable source? Thanks
wapiti
I would be shocked if Target has it. I'm quite sure I've looked there, lol. Which one you want depends on what you're using it for - it's easier to ingest in capsule form (the liquid drops in water are seriously nasty, like drinking soap). But the liquid would be the way to go if you're looking to apply it to skin, such as a wart. Maybe warn him to not mistake it for "grape seed extract," which is sold at Walgreens. They don't have grapefruit seed extract either, as far as I know.
kht2006
The liquid is really bitter tasting. It's hard to be compliant. It really tastes bad. The capsules have no taste really. The liquid is easier to use topically....

besroma
I would be surprised if you could handle it in the juice. It is SO bitter. If you decide to order some to have on hand, I think Lucky Vitamin online carries it.
HiddenJewel
Capsules would probably be more tolerable but the liquid seems to work better for me.
