prairiewindmomma
I'm glad you're going to go to the rheumy. Mine took me seriously even though I wasn't taking naproxen. ;) Take a photo of your rash that you have now to show your rheumy. She or he will want to know everything that has been going with you, including rashes (which can be indicative of psoriatic arthritis, lupus, and all kinds of other things---I'm sharing this not to scare you but to tell you why it's important to keep track of these things). Chances are it could be just allergies, but this way you can at least show your doc in case it clears up before you go in.

My rheumatologist had the rash biopsied and it was indeed the classic lupus rash....not that that's what you have of course....just things to keep in mind. So it would be a good idea to take a photo because a good rheumatologist will know as soon as he sees you. I hope you are feeling better soon.
