joy
I just received my books for Latina Christiana and it says we need to buy "Famous Men of Rome". It seems like it will be a lot more work and basically a history program. We are already using Sonlight for History. Do you use it? Does it add a lot of extra time? Will I be missing something if I don't use it? My kids arer 3rd and 4th grades. Thanks!
TracyR
Well if you are already studying Roman and Greek History then I guess you don't have to if you don't want to . You really don't have to buy the book . Its all right here online : http://www.mainlesson.com/display.php?author=haaren&book=rome&story=romulus
Hoggirl
We just did the Latin part. Anything related to the history on the tests was omitted. However, we did use the FMR this year for grade 5 in our Ancient HISTORY studies. Memoria Press has a guide to go with this also.
