Left to his own devices, he'll choose books about snakes or crocodiles every time. Which is fine, but there are other sorts of books to be read too, and I'd like to bring some of those in. I've found some generic ones like 3rd-5th grade, but I want one that specifically says: Treasure Island 5.4 reading level. Embassy Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 You can see the list I put together for my son. I listed the reading level for the books chosen. Lots of "boy" books in the set, Treasure Island, Three Musketeers, Call of the Wild etc. Most of the books seems to fall into the 3rd to earlier 5th grade reading level.
