nov05mama
Was just on the GWG website and saw that the new program has released! http://www.growingwithgrammar.com/1DID.html This program is intended to be used as a supplement to the entire Growing With Grammar program (Levels 3 - 8). As the student progresses through Growing With Grammar the student will also progress through more difficult sentence diagramming concepts. SunnyDays
Oh wow... I didn't know they were doing that! Hmm... it's intended to be used with GWG. I use MCT and we're loving it, but the one thing about it is that it teaches four level analysis instead of diagramming. Which I actually prefer, but I think he needs to know how to diagram as well. Wonder if I could use it alongside a program other than GWG??
nansk
Wonder if I could use it alongside a program other than GWG I looked at the sample on their site today and it seems like this can be used as a diagramming supplement with any grammar program. nov05mama
I looked at the sample on their site today and it seems like this can be used as a diagramming supplement with any grammar program. :iagree: It appears to be something that could be used with nearly any grammar program to aide in diagramming. TwoToSchool
I saw this as I was ordering our next years' grammar. My kids have used GWG, SWP and we love the programs. I'd love to see some examples of the new diagramming, but it doesn't look like they show them aside from on their ordering page:/
warneral
oh neat! I think the sample still looks too formulaic for my son (he likes to follow patterns without thinking about things - just today during FLL he said - "Oh I know, the preposition is the third word in the sentence" - much easier than memorizing that silly list of prepositions LOL. )
