Oak Knoll Mom
Who's going to be at the Great Homeschool Convention in Greenville this week? Should we try to meet up?
AimeeM
I live in Greenville and had no idea. Is this the convention that only supports Protestant suppliers? If so, I think I saw a thread on it weeks ago and that may be why I'm not going. I'm going to looky right now. Lol.

You may be thinking of the "Teach Them Diligently" Conference that was in Spartanburg last week. Vendors who sold Bible curriculum were required to sign this statement: The Bible is the plenary, verbally inspired Word of God. It is our final authority for faith andpractice and is without error. NCMom
Probably just on Friday, maybe Saturday afternoon, too. I enjoyed it last year, but this year it seems like more of the "why to homeschool" or "how to be a super christian mom, dad, wife" stuff. Not my cuppa. Perhaps I am only imagining it?? At least Andrew Kern and Edward Zaccaro will be there, plus I have to make a couple of big purchases so it's on. :001_smile: Georgia
