Pster
I'm not sure if I should wait. She'll be starting K/1 this summer/fall. (whenever we get moved and settled) She can read 3 letter short vowel words and is sounding out blends so we are progressing. I know I read here recently that FLL 1/2 can be done mostly orally so maybe it would be ok. thoughts?

This information from the PHP site may be helpful to you. Scroll down to the last question on the page. It discusses where in OPGTR you will want to be before starting FLL. Even if you are not using OPGTR you may be able to get an idea from the description of what reading skills will be important when you reach a certain point in FLL. Mommy22alyns
So far it hasn't required any reading from Becca, so I'd say you could start it now. :001_smile:
