PeterPan Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 Just from watching Restaurant Impossible on tv, I'd say business classes (accounting, etc.). Seems when these restaurants fail, it's because the people don't know the business side of it or can't handle people or both. My cousin tried culinary school and left. It stole the joy for her.
