PentecostalMom
Do we buy it from the Beachbody site? Are there less expensive alternatives? Dh is looking to use this as a replacement for breakfast as he doesn't normally eat breakfast, but it seems expensive to me. Is it worth it? jeri
but I can't afford it anyway! I have my own thing going right now. I make a smoothie with 1 C of nonfat Greek yogurt (loads of protein), a banana, a squirt of honey, a couple tablespoons of oat bran, and a tablespoon of ground flaxseed. It's really yummy and very high protein. DH takes a homemade egg mcmuffin (lowfat ham, 2% cheddar cheese, an egg on a slim bagel or ww English muffin) to eat after the gym in the am. He adds in a hard boiled egg around 10. Just my 2 cents. Jeri

Tracy in Ky
You can buy it through a Beachbody coach. My sister is a coach, here is her link: http://myshakeology.com/esuite/home/fitnessbizva We love Shakeology around here. Even my kids love it.
